Out of stock / made to order items will be shown as "PREORDER" - Current manufacturing lead time for PREORDER items is 1 to 4 weeks from date of payment. In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with the product, the process to return the product would be as follows:
1) Contact us within 30 days of purchase - Please send through detaills of why you would like to return the product as well as any photos of the fitment of the product (if. it is fitment related). Over the years we've found that some customers haven't read the fitting instructions, which in turn has meant the product hasn't been fitted correctly. The photos assist us in determining where any fitment issues have gone wrong.
2) We will then provide our return address to return the seat covers - NB: The seat covers must still be in the same new condition in which it was sent to you, with all velcros re-affixed to the cover.
