Returns

We stand by our product which is why we offer risk free buying. If for any reason you are unhappy with the product we will offer a full refund and even pay for return postage. Please Note: This is valid for 30 days from date of purchase and the product must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be sent back in the original packaging. 

Please Note: If a gift card has been used for your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund. 

Prior to returning goods

If you are looking to return the goods, please contact our Director, Andrew Leask on 0413 438 874 or via e-mail andrew@globalautomotive.com.au who will provide instructions on how to return the product.

Please provide the following details: 

- Date of purchase
- Invoice Number
- Reason for return
