Shipping policy

Stocked items will be dispatched within 1 to 3 business days from date of purchase. We will send you an email the day after goods have been dispatched, which will also include a link to our fitting instructions (these can also be found on our website)

For non-stocked / made to order items, they will be indicated as "PREORDER" at the time of purchase. Current manufacturing lead time for non-stocked items is 2 to 6 weeks. If you'd like a more accurate timeframe please contact us prior to purchase. 

Goods are sent via Australia Post - standard postage, unless you have upgraded to the Express Post option (fees apply)

Standard Postage timeframes are as follows

VIC - 1 to 3 business days
NSW - 3 to 5 business days
SA - 3 to 5 business days 
TAS - 3 to 5 business days
QLD - 4 to 6 business days
WA - 5 to 8 business days 
NT - 5 to 14 business days (timing varies drastically based on your location)
