In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with the product, the process to return the product would be as follows:
1) Contact us within 30 days of purchase - Please send through detaills of why you would like to return the product as well as any photos of the fitment of the product (if. it is fitment related). Over the years we've found that some customers haven't read the fitting instructions, which in turn has meant the product hasn't been fitted correctly. The photos assist us in determining where any fitment issues have gone wrong.
2) We will then provide our return address to return the seat covers - NB: The seat covers must still be in the same new condition in which it was sent to you, with all velcros re-affixed to the cover.

Second set of seat covers I have gotten from global automotive. Had them in my old Amarok and now fit perfect in my new 2024 Amarok. Easy to fit and comfy.
Purchased seat covers for new Amarok. Seat covers arrived shortly after order placed. Covers look amazing and well made, stitching mirrors actual seats and door trims which make seat covers look like original product for the vehicle. Easy to install when following the instructions. Highly recommend this product.

A bit disappointed in fit seems to long for seat

We have since spoken to Anthony who advised that the fitting instructions were not read. He sent through photos in which we could see that the product had not been fitted correctly. We have sent through a digital copy of the fitting instructions, which will ensure that the cushion sits correctly as has been designed.

Hi Anthony,
I've tried to contact you this morning, but I am yet to hear back from you. From what you are describing, I suspect you have misfitted the product. In Step 8 of our fitting instructions (which were emailed through to you and a QR code provided with the goods) we showcase an incorect fitment of the seat cover, whereby the seat cover is sitting far too forward at the front of the cushion. There is a particular fitment methodology to our front seat covers, and if it hasn't been followed it won't sit correctly at the front of the seat. You need to feed excess neoprene and the dowel pocket through the gap of the cushion and backrest section to ensure that it is positioned correctly. It's a very easy fix and providing the fitting instructions are followed it will sit correctly on the cushion section.
