In the unfortunate event that you are unhappy with the product, the process to return the product would be as follows:
1) Contact us within 30 days of purchase - Please send through detaills of why you would like to return the product as well as any photos of the fitment of the product (if. it is fitment related). Over the years we've found that some customers haven't read the fitting instructions, which in turn has meant the product hasn't been fitted correctly. The photos assist us in determining where any fitment issues have gone wrong.
2) We will then provide our return address to return the seat covers - NB: The seat covers must still be in the same new condition in which it was sent to you, with all velcros re-affixed to the cover.

With so many different products to choose from it is really a roll of the dice to find a quality set of seat covers without good references. I asked for recommendations on a Facebook group and these guys were suggested amongst a few others. I initiated contact with the company owner and did not expect a helpful response as that seems to be a part of our past sadly. I’m very happy to say that I was wrong in this case.
