Excellent Quality and Craftmanship with a few flaws (Nov 2023 version)

Seat covers material quality and craftmanship is excellent but the design has a few flaws worth mentioning.

The front covers use a solid bar to hold the cover at the crease, rather than velcro around the bottom to hold the cover in place. The bar often pops out after a few times getting in/out of the car. The rear seat covers used velcro and don't have this issue. I'm not sure if possible, but I suggest a strap underneath the front seats through the crease gap, underneath the seat and to the front would have been a much better option, both for fit and for holding the cover in place.

There are several horizontal sewing beads across the seat covers where you place your back that I presume are for looks. They are quite noticeable against your back, a single piece would have been more comfortable and better suits the original style of the seats.

1 star re-gained for great communication from the CEO, who personally reached out to confirm I had the right colour for the vehicle I had requested (I didn't, his advice was spot-on).

Hi Sam, great to speak to you on the phone today. The dowel pocket will not move from the gap of the cushion and backrest section if enough excess neoprene has been fed through the gap of the cushion and backrest section. We have deliberately avoided velcro on the front, as a lot of seats have electronics within the seats and it makes it near on impossible to feed it underneath the seat. Rest assured, if the dowel pocket and excess neoprene is fed through correctly it will not pop out. This has been the methodology that we have used with the car companies over the last 20 years.

Regarding the back sewn seams, this also flows through to enough excess being fed through the gap of the cushion and backrest section. When it isn't fitted nice and tight it can exacerbate the back sewn seams.
